Why CrossFit Eleven?

CrossFit Eleven is an official CrossFit Affiliate, and CrossFit training is at the core of our programming and class schedule. By definition, CrossFit training emphasizes constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity. We have an exceptionally trained and experienced staff who can help you get fit for life in a safe and supportive environment.
Every day, we ask our bodies to move in countless different ways. We bend down and pick things up, we put things over our heads, squat down, stand up, and run after our kids. CrossFit utilizes movements from weightlifting, gymnastics, and sports conditioning that improve these real-life activities and performs them in endless variety and at high intensity. In turn, your body is always adapting, getting stronger, faster, better conditioned over a period of months and years.
Our CrossFit classes are available throughout the day Monday-Saturday. Each day a Workout of the Day (WOD) is prescribed for all of the CrossFit classes. Each WOD is available to members on the evening prior to class via Wodify.
What if you’ve never tried CrossFit? Safety for our members is at the forefront of our priorities, so we offer a Fundamentals program, called "on ramp" where clients can learn a series of fundamental movements used in the WODs. After completion of this class, clients are welcome to sign up for memberships and attend the CrossFit classes throughout each day.

We offer a comprehensive fundamentals program for all new athletes called "on ramp" which prepares you for our CrossFit classes. In the fundamentals program, new members learn foundational movements, terminology, and the methodology behind what we do in CrossFit.
